Tianyi Zhu's happy place is the bench outside Taft Hall, where he was a regular as a freshman.
"It remains imprinted in my memory and in my heart," says the co-founder of Smart Health Ventures in north Chicago. "It was often the place that 'Tafters' would congregate after parties or bars, and it was there that I built a lot of lasting friendships that I hold to this day.
"That bench being located at the entrance of the dorm created almost a forced social scene that produced great friends and truly wonderful memories."
