“Specifically Hopkins Hall, where I lived my freshman year and was an RA for two years,” says Northwestern Medicine program director Lyndsay Gant (BS ’07, media studies/cinema studies).
“I hear they are completely torn down. Probably a good thing because they were 50 years old when I was there."
As far as nightlife goes, Gant’s top three stops include: Legends (“mediocre burgers, great beer”), Murphy’s (“mediocre burgers, great beer”) and the scene outside Brothers at 2 a.m. (“eating hot dogs for a $1 from groups raising money”).
