A Sunday morning in the life of Billy Kamerow, circa 2013-17:
“I remember waking up early and grabbing my favorite textbook,” recalls the Boeing electrical engineer. “I would jump on my bike and hear the different birds chirping in the early hours of the day.
“I would then make my way to the Flying Machine coffee shop in downtown Urbana. It is one of those locally-owned and unique coffee shops where the atmosphere just makes you want to get work done but at the same time, make you feel relaxed.
"I would always sit in the far right of the shop, in front of the window because I loved to watch the outside world and the outlets were the most convenient there.
“I would spend the day drinking lattes, finishing lab reports and daydreaming about how technology could change in the future.”
