Her bachelor's degree is from the College of Business. Her post-grad degree is from the College of Law.
So why did Daliah Saper spend so much time in the engineering library during her extended stay in C-U?
“Grainger Library was my favorite place to study, both as an undergrad and a law student. I loved the big wooden desks, the looming pillars and the sunlight that poured through the large windows," says the Iran-born, Chicago-based intellectual property attorney.
“It was the only place I could truly concentrate without distractions. Even on cold snowy days, it was worth the trek.
"Also, it was a place I often went to with friends pursuing engineering and computer science degrees — my first exposure to the types of people I often represent now as a tech and social media attorney.”
