Jack Kornfeind

Corporate counsel | Century 21 New Millennium | Class of 1976

It was the spring semester of Jack Kornfeind's sophomore year. The place: Snyder 3 East.

"For some reason," he says, "one of the guys brought back to the dorm a rather large sheet of plywood. We thought a swimming pool could be made out of the showers — the plywood fit in the opening of the communal showers and we stopped up the crevices and drains with towels and turned on the showers.

"The water got to be almost to the top of the plywood and a water polo game of sorts started. The resident advisor discovered the prank and we had to stop and judiciously let out the water.

"The RA was a good guy and no disciplinary action was taken."
