To Brad Dean ('89), it doesn’t get much better than the Quad.
“Regardless of the time of day, there always seemed to be a lot of activity and you were bound to see old friends and make new friends there," says the former accounting/finance major and Hard Rock Cafe general manager, who's now CEO of South Carolina's Visit Myrtle Beach.
"During warm spring days, the itinerant preachers, Frisbee throwers and sun worshipers all competed for attention. It was a great place to catch a break between class, soaking in the eclectic atmosphere of the university, just a stone’s throw away from the bustling activity of Green Street.”
