Whatever heights Jeff Badu goes on to reach in the accounting world, it will be thanks in part to a difference-making-professor in the Gies College of Business.
“George Krueger had a profound effect during my time at the University,” says the two-degree grad (BS '14, accountancy; MS '15, accounting science), winner of the 2018 Lester H. McKeever Jr. Emerging Leader in Advancing Diversity Award.
Krueger "taught me some very valuable business skills, such as how to find funding for a start-up and the different metrics to look for when evaluating a company.
“He’s assisted me in building a million-dollar enterprise and I will forever thank him for the skills he taught me.”
