For Jeff Osuji, the Illini Union was one part favorite hangout, one part study spot and one part party zone.
Among other things.
“Whether I was there relaxing on the front stoop chatting and passing out flyers for events between classes or at a party in the ballroom sponsored by the Black Greek Council, there was never a dull moment at the Union," says the 2009 chemistry grad, who added an MBA in marketing and global strategy a year later.
“Performing step routines with my fraternity Alpha Phi Alpha during the 'lateniter' was always epic and these are memories that I will never forget.
"The Union represented the epicenter of campus life and activities, and stepping out on that Quad from the Union still provides one of the best views in the world.”
