Nearly 30 years later, Warren Stippich (BS ’90, accountancy) can still picture the spot — that “small space between DKH and old Comm West, now Wohlers Hall.
“For my years of passing back and forth between the buildings for my business classes back in the 1980s, it was always a pleasure to see Dean Emerson Cammack sitting out there available to talk to any student who wanted to stop by and say hi,” says the former Illini Accounting Club president and proud Gies College of Business grad, now a partner at Grant Thornton LLP of Chicago.
“That is a fond memory of my time on campus.”
