Lincoln Hall is where the future co-executive producer of The Oprah Winfrey Network discovered that biology/pre-med was not for him.
“When I couldn’t pass calculus to save my life, I punted and randomly, yet fatefully, chose broadcast journalism,” says Brad Pavone (’01).
“The moment I walked into Mitch Kazel’s class in the Richmond TV studio with the cameras, the lights and the control room, I was completely hooked with the idea of putting a TV show together.
“I still am today.”
