If you haven’t seen it for yourself, Tarita Preston highly recommends waking up early and making it to the second floor of the Grainger Library, where the two-degree grad and future leadership coach pulled many an all-nighter during her days on campus.
“At the crack of dawn, the big bay windows would ignite the room with sunlight,” the performance coach and former political science major says from her hometown of Cincinnati.
“The sunlight would pour in reflecting off of the golden lamps and the wooden floor. As I secretly sipped my coffee, I found myself immediately relaxing after a long studying session.
“It really is such a beautiful experience being surrounded by books, in a beautiful location watching the campus wake up.”
