Judi Schindler

Speaker, actor, author | ‘Husbands: An Owner’s Manual’ | Class of 1963

There was a term folks used to have for journalism junkies like Judi Schindler, who all but had her permanent address changed to Gregory Hall as an undergrad.

"We hung out there so much, they called us ‘Greg Regs,'" says Schindler (Class of '63). “I even went there at night to study in the girls’ bathroom on the first floor.”

These days, she can most frequently found on various stages throughout Chicagoland. After 30 years as a PR and marketing consultant, she stars in the one-women comedy show, "Husbands: An Owner’s Manual.”

As she notes in her LinkedIn bio: "The show, based on my 50 years of marriage, explains how to select a husband and how to maintain him in good working order, including replacement parts and warranties."
